My brother Jim, his wife Jo Lynn, my husband David, and I went to the New Year’s Eve dinner hosted by the assisted living home where Mom lives, and we wanted a photo record. If you’ve ever tried to take pictures of an energetic toddler, a lively puppy, or a happy loved one with Alzheimer’s, these pictures may look familiar.
